Don't wait for the magic moment. It is not in the alignment of the stars, or in the "perfect" diet, or in a pill. Don't count on finding the time when you are under no stress, you are not tired, overworked, overwhelmed.
Don't wait until Monday, or until after vacationing or until the kids grow up and leave the nest, or until Sunday after you've gone out to that fab restaurant on Saturday night.
Don't wait for your friend, don't wait until it gets worse.
Don't wait until you think you have all the answers (no one does).
Losing weight needs to be fit into your regular life with all its stresses, bewilderments, disappointments, holidays, weekends. It is a process, and as you go through it you can learn how to stick to your resolve even while you are negotiating the ups and downs of every day.
If you wait for the exact right time, it will never come.
