What’s it going to take? Where’s the wake up call going to come from?
Have you asked yourself these things?
You caught a peek at yourself in the mirror yesterday in one of the dressing rooms at TJ Maxx. You didn’t like what you saw. “Too fat for my own good,” you said to yourself. “I’ve got to do something about it.”
What will you do? Will you go back to dieting? Are you thinking to yourself that this time you will exercise as well? No more skipping the exercise routine. This time around it will be dieting and exercise.
Okay, but how are you going to get yourself to do these things? Hasn’t that always been the trouble? You say you are going to, but then something happens and you don’t; or you start to and then you don’t; or you do it for a while and then you don’t; or you keep the lost weight off and then you don’t.
What is it going to take
Since we’re big believers in using psychology to lose weight, and with good reason, why don’t you use psychology to lose weight this time?
