How do you go about reducing your weight? Do you try to develop the skills you need to lose your unwanted weight either before or during the time you are actively trying to lose weight? Have you tried this strategy? Think of losing weight as a set of opportunities to develop the skills you need. Developing skills while you are doing something that requires these skills is not as far fetched as it sounds. You do it in cooking. You do it when you are playing a sport. You do it when you are repairing relationships. You do it all the time.
No one goes into things fully prepared to execute all of the required actions perfectly. Skills can be developed before and also during the activity. This goes for losing your unwanted weight as well.
