Toughness, whether you call it mental toughness or emotional toughness or just plain toughness, is always called for somewhere along the line when you are trying to lose weight.
Do you have what it takes to push through failure and keep at it? This is toughness. Can you let go of what isn’t working and try something else? This is toughness. Working a weight loss routine day after day. This is toughness. Do you get right back on when you fall off? This is toughness. If you make sure you don’t get sidetracked, this is toughness too.
