Do you know what you are living out? Is it resentment or rebellion or rash indifference? Is what you are living out the kinds of anxiety and worry you started having when you were a child or teenager? What is it you are living out that prevents you from losing your unwanted weight? Do you know? Once you know it, you have to fix it.
