Ten glasses of water. 1200 calories. Walk. Train. Yoga. Weights. Milk. Grass fed beef. All natural. Free range. Fast. Juicy. Skinless chicken breasts. Tomatoes. Wine. Sugarfree. Vitamins. Green tea. On and on, on and on.
The truth is, there simply is no one answer. You can listen to it all (you can't help it), hear what people have to say, try to sort it out. Some of it is good, sound advice. Don't let it drown out your own voice, what you know, what you think. That could be more important.
