Some people can control themselves as to how many sweets they eat. I can't do that.
For many years, I thought I had to learn how to have one or two cookies, and stop at that. Well, believe me, I tried. But it is in my DNA to eat at least 10 cookies, and often more.
So, you know what?
Instead of trying to be a person that I am not, I'm going with who I am.
As I said, I am a person who has trouble controlling how many cookies I eat. So, for now at least - while I am trying with all my strength to lose the weight - I am laying off the cookies completely.
I am who I am.
