If your diet gets sick, very, very sick, if it’s failing, fading fast, maybe even dying, what do you do?
Treat it like any other patient.
First of all, find out: Where is it hurting? When did it start to be sick? What might be the cause—is there more than one? Is this an ongoing, chronic illness, or something new?
If you want the diet to live on and be healthy, you need to be able to answer these questions. Then you can come up with the best remedy, the best medicine to bring it back to health.
But if you don’t try and figure out what’s really wrong, how in the world can you save it?
