That cool, quirky, interesting TV police chief Jesse Stone, says : When you come to the end of the road, start over.
Are you at the end of the road (and your patience) about your weight problem? How about taking that advice? It's good weight-loss advice.
And what a perfect time it is now to start fresh, and travel a brand new road! Leave behind the things that haven’t worked in your best interests. Just let go of them. Don’t keep doing the same things, or you will keep ending up in the same place.
Start over. Re-think everything. Do some new things. Be brave. Listen to your own ideas, instead of those drummed into your head by the diet industry. Think about it this way—do they really want you to succeed once and for all? Or is it better for the industry if you keep failing, and keep coming back to spend your money on something new?
People seem to be happiest when they are their own boss. So, take charge of your own weight problem, don’t just be a follower.
And, like Jesse says, Start Over. Take steps that will work.
