For women trying to lose unwanted weight unrealistic expectations about losing a lot of weight abound. When they don’t meet their goal, they are terribly disappointed. Quite often their discouragement grows so that they lose faith in their ability to lose weight and keep it off. This can lead to them abandoning the whole weight-loss process.
Losing excess weight doesn’t have to be this kind of nightmare. But it can’t be just a dream either. Having a realistic weight-loss goal is certainly not too much to ask.
