Does this matter? Does that matter?
Everything matters when you are trying to lose your unwanted weight.
Does it matter what I eat? Of course it does. Does it matter what I think? A big yes to that too. Are my feelings of any importance? They sure are. How about my relationships? Do they matter as well? Relationships most definitely matter. This goes without saying.
So if everything matters, how will I ever lose weight? Are you doing something about ‘everything,’ or are you concentrating only on dieting and exercise?
