When it comes to losing weight, there are the goals you know and the goals you don’t know. Just think of it this way. There were certainly times when you violated your weight loss goals. Oh, you might have thought that your commitment wasn’t what it was supposed to be, or your losing weight motivation was down that day, or you didn’t have enough willpower or self-control. You probably didn’t think for one moment that your weight loss slip up was the result of a goal you didn’t know.
Such a goal could go like this. I wanted to fill myself up on junk food the way I did. I didn’t care that I was on a diet. I just wanted to have what I wanted to have, and that was that.
