Are you to blame for weighing so much? This might sound like a silly question. Who else would be to blame if not you? After all you’re the one who eats too much food and snacks on fattening foods. But this not the end of the story by any means. You’ll be surprised to learn that there are other people in your life who are to blame for your weight gain.
Think about this carefully. Who in your life is at least partly to blame for your weight gain? For instance, did you have an argument with anyone recently that sent you to food? Did you feel put down or ignored or abandoned altogether? Were you left with too much responsibility, the kind of responsibility that made you feel overwhelmed and in need of something to relieve the tension? You might say to all of this that you should be able to handle it; that’s life, you really have no one else to blame but yourself. Are you sure this is true?
